I am Tessa Nguyen. For five years I ran educational programs and school groups at the downtown Toronto aquarium — front of house, at the touch pool and in the galleries, with a voice, not a bucket. Parents asked the same ten questions. Teachers needed a route that would not lose a child in Rainbow Reef. This site is that briefing, written down.

This website is an independent planning guide, not affiliated with any aquarium or its operator.

I do not sell tickets. I do not process payments. I cannot see an operator’s reservation screen. If a window needs moving, that is their desk.

These notes are personal judgement from the floor. Hours shift. Galleries close for cleaning. A Saturday in March break is not a Wednesday in October. If a fact would change your day, confirm it with the operator the morning you go.
